Gluten Free Platinum Pork Sausage Meal

Ingredients:  Maize Flour, Salt, Sugar, Soy Protein, Maize Maltodextrin, Mineral Salt (451), Spices, Herbs, Preservative (223 (Sulphites)), Yeast Extract, Flavours, Herb Extracts, Spice Extracts.

Usage: Meat & Fat 10 kg, Sausage Meal 1 kg, Iced Water 2.33 kg, Total 13.33 kg

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.
