Prawn Pasta
This is sure to make the fortnightly roster, or bring this out to feed hungry friends or family.
Very simply to make, but deliveres bags of flavour.
Ingredients:
1kg x Raw peeled and devained prawns.
500g x Pasta, we used linguine
2 x Shallots diced
5 x Garlic cloves diced
250ml x Cream
1 x Small bunch of flat leaf parsley chopped with stems
100ml x White wine (optional)
50g x Butter
3 x Tabklespoons Rib Rocker.
2 x Teaspoons of Intensify.
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese for serving
Method:
1) Place linguine into boiling water. Set timer for 10 mins
2) In a hot non stick pan heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
3) Add shallots and garlic and fry till golden brown.
4) Add butter, white wine, Rib Rocker and prawns, cook till prawns begin to change colour.
5) Add cream and chopped parsley and turn heat down.
6) Drain pasta and add to the pan with prawns.
7) Combine pasta with creamy prawns then serve into a large bowl and grate fresh parmesan cheese over the top.
