Chimichuri
We're going to claim this as the very best chimichurri recipe on the planet!!!
This sauce pairs exceptionally well with any red meat or white meat for that matter. But when this suace is spooned on top of juicy beef short ribs, the whole dish just lights up!!

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup chopped parsley
3 x Tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 x Cloves garlic chopped finely
2 x Thai chilli (de-seeded)
1/2 x Teaspoon of dry oregano
1 1/2 x Teaspoons of Intensify
Method:
Chop it all up and put into a bowl and stir!
For best results make a few hours before you need it, just to let those flavours mingle.
Any leftovers can go into the fridge with a lid or wrap over the top. The fridge temp will solidify the olive oil so make sure you take it out an hour before you need it!
