Meat Juice is the first one of our sauces we have bottled. We thought it’s just too good not to share. Derived from our competitions which has bagged us plenty of silverware, we have given this a few tweaks to be used as a dipping sauce for all meats, and if you heat it up a little before use, goes great as a glaze on all sorts of pork cuts, but heavenly on pork ribs. A great accompaniment to our Rib rocker rub and Soft Coq all purpose white meat rub.
