Lamb chops

Slap it on - Carolina mustard sauce

Ram Rod BBQ Rub
Method

Spread a thin layer of Slap it On mustard over your chops.

Give a good sprinkle of Ramrod seasoning all over your chops.

Leave it on the bench to come to room temperature for no longer than 1 hour.

Get your grill up to a medium temperature (140c), or just use your fry pan.

Using tongs, place your chops onto your cooking surface and turn when needed, being careful not to burn the meat.

Continue to cook until the desired doneness.

Serving option ¼ cup meat juice (pic) + 1 Tablespoon mint jelly (pic) mix in a cup, warm 30 seconds in the microwave and serve.
