-
Place wings in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Method
-
Get you oven or indirect BBQ up to 230c/450f
-
If using a BBQ place the wings or nibbles directly onto the clean grill. If using an oven then
-
use a clean oven tray. Arrange the wings so they aren’t touching each other, or do the best you can.
-
Cook for 30 mins and then turn with a pair of tongs and cook for a further 15 mins. Internal temp should be at least 75c/165f. You’re looking for crispy here, so if they need a bit longer then keep cooking them. These things can take some punishment!
-
Once you’re happy with the doneness put into a clean bowl and pour some room temperature Meat Juice over the top to glaze. Toss to combine and serve.
That worked for me. Beats all those American recipes hands down. I’ll be trying some more of your products.
Weber Kettle, a little apple smoke, 180C for 50 minutes, finished with a quick char (I was cooking chicken legs at the same time), internal temp 75C.
